
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with his Armenian counterpart, Nikol Pashinyan, in Yerevan.
According to the Government’s press office, the two leaders discussed “the fruitful cooperation between Georgia and Armenia and their long-standing good neighbourly relations.”
The discussion also focused on key areas of the strategic partnership, including trade, economic, transport, and cultural cooperation. Additionally, the conversation addressed regional challenges and emphasized the critical importance of peace and stability in the South Caucasus. Prime Minister Kobakhidze expressed Georgia's support for the completion of negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, describing it as a historic step towards lasting peace and stability in the region.
