
At the invitation of the U.S. Presidential Administration, Tamar Taliashvili, Georgia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States, together with her family, visited the White House to celebrate Christmas and the holiday season.
According to the Embassy of Georgia in the USA, the Georgian Ambassador expressed her gratitude for the invitation and for the greeting card from the President and First Lady.
“The White House was decorated in accordance with the theme developed by the First Lady, Melania Trump – „Home Is Where The Heart Is“. The decorations illuminate the heartfelt character of America, derived from the values of motherhood and the administration’s day-to-day business, bringing joy to the American people.
The event was organised for the chiefs of diplomatic missions and their immediate family members,” reads the embassy’s statement.
