Georgian Airways is launching direct flights between Batumi and Moscow. According to the company's website, the flights will start from April 2, 2023 and will be performed 3 times a week.
Flights from Batumi to Moscow will be operated every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The price of a one-way ticket will be within 832-975 GEL.
To be reminded, after a 4-year break, Georgian Airways made its first direct flight to Moscow on May 20, 2023. This was preceded by the decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin of May 10, 2023, according to which the direct air traffic between Georgia and Russia was restored and also the visa regime was lifted for Georgian citizens.
Currently, Georgian Airways performs direct flights on the Tbilisi-Moscow and Tbilisi-St.Petersburg routes.
To be informed, in addition to Georgian Airways, 2 Russian airlines Red Wings and Azimuth operate direct flights between Georgia and Russia.
