The Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia Otar Shamugia met the World Bank Regional Director for the South Caucasus, Rolande Pryce.
The WB-supported ongoing projects and plans for the future were reviewed at the meeting.
The Georgian Minister accentuated melioration infrastructure and land management challenges.
“I believe with cooperation and coordination, we will cope with the challenges and reach the best results,” - Otar Shamugia said.
As Rolande Pryce pointed out, Georgia and the World Bank have had successful cooperation for years, and in the future, relations will deepen even more.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia Tengiz Nasaridze, representatives of relevant services of the Ministry and the World Bank.
