The Georgian government has announced plans to send a shipment of generators to Ukraine.

According to an official statement from the Government Administration, a decree authorizing the assistance—signed by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze—was approved during today’s Cabinet meeting.

“Under this decree, the Energy Development Fund of Georgia will procure various types of generator sets, amounting to GEL 1.5 million, for delivery to Ukraine,” the statement said.
