Tbilisi is hosting the Georgia-Saudi Arabia business forum.
The forum was opened by the First Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Levan Davitashvili and Minister of Investments of Saudi Arabia Khalid Al-Falih.
Mikheil Khidureli, the Director of the Enterprise Georgia Agency, will give a presentation on the investment environment and opportunities of Georgia. The investment opportunities of Georgia will be discussed at the forum; panel discussions will be held on the investment opportunities in the tourism and real estate sectors. Forum participants will review Georgia's potential as a transport, logistics and energy hub.
Representatives of the two countries will exchange memoranda of mutual cooperation in the fields of agriculture, energy and cultural relations at the forum.
The forum is attended by about 300 delegates, including the Georgian government and legislative body officials, representatives of the governmental and business delegation of Saudi Arabia, and the Georgian business circles.
At the end of the Georgia-Saudi Arabia business forum, an interactive session between Georgian and Arab businessmen will be organized, where they will have the opportunity to establish business connections and meet potential business partners.
