Georgia's Kutaisi Airport Passenger traffic records 415% hike

The Kutaisi Davit Aghmashenebeli International Airport observed a passenger traffic record 415% hike in October year-on-year. The number of flights carried out from the airport also increased by 325%.
According to the Airports Union of Georgia, 164 176 passengers used the Kutaisi Airport compared to 31 898 in 2022.
From December 2023, Kutaisi International Airport will add a fourth-based Wizz Air aircraft and a Copenhagen route.
Five air companies operate from Kutaisi International Airport at this stage, flying to 35 destinations in 18 countries.
