Georgia's GDP growth rate reaches 8.8% in September, 2022

“The estimated real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate in September 2022 amounted to 8.8 per cent YoY and 10.2% in January-September of 2022 YoY,” - the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GeoStat) said on Monday.
"In September 2022, the estimated real growth compared to the same period of the previous year was observed in the following activities: Transportation and storage, information and communication, construction, hotels and restaurants, mining and quarrying.
A decline was registered in real estate activities," - the GeoStat declared.
