A select group of Chinese journalists and influencers visited Georgia's Black Sea city of Batumi in a promotional campaign of the regional Adjara Tourism Department to promote the region's visitor attractions.

The media tour allowed participants to explore the region's marine and mountain tourism offerings, with the visiting group getting to know key tourist attractions, including the Mtirala National Park, and various tourism sites in the seaside town of Kobuleti.

The Adjara Tourism Department also noted journalists and influencers from countries such as the United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, India, as well as Kazakhstan, Turkey, Israel, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan have also travelled to Adjara  this year, generating millions of online impressions through their published materials.
