Batumi has won another tourism Oscar. Georgia's Black Sea city has been named the world's all-season tourist destination at the gala ceremony of the World Travel Awards held on the Portuguese island of Madeira.

To win the prestigious award, Batumi competed with such cities as: Melbourne, Oslo, Geneva, Munich and others. The world's best tourist destinations, countries, hotels, travel agencies, tourist attractions and transport companies of 2024 were also revealed.

From 2019 until now, Batumi has won the prestigious award of the World Travel Awards 6 times.
