Georgia reports 51 new cases of coronavirus, 1 death

Based on stopcov.ge, as part of the intensive testing, 4,638 tests were conducted across the country within the last 24 hours, including 3,223 antigen tests and 1,415 PCR tests.
As a result of the testing, 51 new cases of the virus were detected in the last 24 hours. The total number of confirmed cases detected since the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country is 1,655,221.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 1,1%, while 0,84% in the past week.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 1,655,221, among them 1,637,293 people recovered and 16,811 died.
As of today, 2 882 587 people got the Covid-19 vaccine, with 38 in a day.
