According to official statistics, ferroalloys rank 3rd in the ten largest commodity groups with a share of 4.3%. It should also be noted that compared to the reporting period of last year, the specific share of goods has decreased by 3 times; last year ferroalloys had a share of 12.3% in the total export.

After the pandemic 2020, the export of ferroalloys was characterized by positive dynamics, although this trend has changed this year. If we look at the statistics of sales of goods by month in 2023, export rate in January this year ($50.8 million) was higher than last year's January ($31.4 million), but it started to decrease from February, and in April only goods worth $2.5 million were sold from the country.

It should be noted that among the export destinations, the sale of ferroalloys in the first four months of the year in the direction of the USA decreased significantly. For this period in 2022, the US was the main export market for goods.

Exports to Russia, Turkey, Italy, Azerbaijan, France are also reduced, and the export of goods to Ukraine is not recorded this year, while Ukraine will be among the TOP-10 export countries in January-April 2022. It should be said that ferroalloys were exported to Russia only in January-February, and in March-April no export was recorded.

2. Turkey - $18.4 million, 16 215 tons;

3. USA - $9 million, 6,024 tons;

4. Algeria - $5.8 million, 5 250 tons;

5. Azerbaijan - $2.2 million, 1 801 tons;

6. France - $1.5 million, 1 714 tons;

7. Pakistan - $511 thousand, 431 tons;

8. Netherlands - $248 thousand, 216 tons;

9. Iran - $236 thousand, 216 tons;

10. Spain -$ 177 thousand, 199 tons;
