Guests and representatives of the culinary field tasted the Georgian dishes and wine introduced to the 3-day congress, at the stand of the National Tourism Administration of Georgia.
The so-called Show Kitchen was integrated at the Georgian stand.
On the last day of the congress, a Georgian chef Davit Narimanashvili held a Georgian culinary master class for the participants.
As part of the framework of the guest status, the National Administration of Tourism of Georgia was given additional thematic scenes, within which master classes of the Georgian dishes and three types of wine tasting were held on the main stage.
Nunuka restaurant in Madrid presented Georgian cuisine at Madrid Fusión. The chairman of the Association of Sommeliers of Georgia, Shalva Khetsuriani, introduced many centuries-old history of the Georgian wine to the participants of the Gastro Congress.
