Guests and representatives of the culinary field have the opportunity to learn about Georgian cuisine, wine and tourist products at the stand of the National Tourism Administration of Georgia displayed at the international congress.
The so-called Show Kitchen is integrated at the Georgian stand.
At Madrid Fusión, Georgian chef Davit Narimanashvili and restaurant Nunuka are presenting the Georgian cuisine. The chairman of the Association of Sommeliers of Georgia, Shalva Khetsuriani, is introducing the centuries-old history of Georgian wine to the participants of the Gastro Congress.
Within the framework of the guest status, the National Tourism Administration of Georgia is given additional thematic scenes, within which master classes of Georgian dishes and three types of wine tasting are being held on the main stage.
During 3 days, Georgian cuisine will be in the center of attention of gastronomy professionals. By participating in Madrid Fusión 2024, people from all over the world will get to know the gastronomic direction of Georgia.
