Georgia is among the TOP ten countries importing organic wine to the USA. The relevant data is published by the American Association of Wine Economists (AAWE).

According to the data released by the Association, the TOP ten countries importing organic wine  into the USA in 2023 are as follows:

New Zealand - $127 million

Italy - $12.4 million

France - $6.6 million

Argentina - $4 million

Spain - $2.9 million

Chile - $2.8 million

Austria - $1.1 million

South Africa - $617,000

Greece - $454,000

Georgia - $373,000

Organic wine accounts for only 2% of the US wine imports. At the same time, white wine accounts for 87% of the import value of organic wine. 80% of organic wine imports come from New Zealand.
