“Georgia is honoured to participate in the China International Import Expo, one of the world’s largest import fairs, as the guest of honour,” stated Georgian Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili.
Khutsishvili emphasized that the expo provides a unique opportunity for Georgian companies to build connections with Chinese counterparts, enhancing Georgia’s export potential both in China and in other international markets.
“Exports are a vital part of our economy. They have consistently driven growth and contributed significantly to our economic development over the years. This event enables Georgian businesses to expand their presence into major markets, including China,” he explained.
Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, accompanied by a Georgian delegation, is currently on an official working visit to the People’s Republic of China.
