As part of a coordinated effort led by the Migration Department and other divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 31 foreign nationals have been expelled from Georgia in recent enforcement actions targeting illegal migration.
According to the Ministry, the individuals deported were citizens of Iran, India, Turkey, Turkmenistan, China, Egypt, Burundi, Kazakhstan, Jordan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Iraq.
