Georgia has bought the largest part of cars from America this year. In particular, this year 103,206 cars have been imported from the USA and their total value has reached 1.25 billion US dollars.

In the last 5 years (January-September), the import volume of cars from America has increased, but compared to 9 months of last year, the figures have decreased. For example, last year we bought 118,832 cars from America.

78,610 cars were re-exported from Georgia during the reporting period this year, from which the income was 1.76 billion US dollars, while 79,316 cars were re-exported in January-September 2023, the value of which reached $1.57 billion.

Automobiles from Georgia were mostly re-exported to Kazakhstan (worth $551 million) and Kyrgyzstan (worth $838 million).
