Georgia and Ukraine become COST full members

“Georgia and Ukraine have become full members of COST, European Cooperation in Science and Technology, a funding organization for research and innovation networks. On March 31, 2022, the representatives of COST made a unanimous decision,” - the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health of Georgia reports.
According to the Center, COST is a funding organization for research and innovation networks, which facilitates the connection of research initiatives in Europe and beyond and allows researchers to develop their ideas in any field of science and technology.
It is noteworthy that Georgia is currently participating in 31 ongoing events (10.56% of the existing ones).
