
Georgia’s State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, Tea Akhvlediani, met with Turkiye’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Ambassador Berris Ekinci, to discuss the mission, priorities, and goals of the State Minister’s Office.
Minister Akhvlediani emphasized the Georgian government's initiatives aimed at rebuilding trust, fostering peace, supporting ethnic minorities, and enhancing intercultural dialogue.
Both sides stressed the importance of the strategic partnership between Georgia and Turkiye in ensuring peace and stability throughout the South Caucasus region.
Also present at the meeting were Turkiye’s Ambassador to Georgia, Ali Kaan Orbay, and Georgia’s Ambassador to Turkiye, Archil Kalandia.
