
Georgian Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Davit Songhulashvili, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Georgia, Hyon Du Kim, to discuss avenues for enhancing bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed prospects for collaboration and the strengthening of trade and economic ties. Minister Songhulashvili highlighted the success of ongoing joint initiatives, with particular emphasis on areas such as protected territories, climate change mitigation, water resource management, and crisis response.
Discussions also focused on opportunities in food exports and the advancement of aquaculture. Ambassador Kim reaffirmed Korea’s commitment to supporting Georgia, offering both technical expertise and financial assistance to foster further development in these sectors.
