On December 30, Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili held a telephone conversation with Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister, Ermek Kosherbayev.

According to Georgia’s Foreign Ministry, both officials expressed optimism about the development of bilateral relations in 2025. The ministers underscored the importance of expanding cooperation in trade, economic relations, and transit and logistics.

They also highlighted the role of high-level visits in advancing political dialogue and strengthening ties between the two countries. The discussion included an exchange of views on future plans aimed at deepening cooperation across key areas.
