Chairman of the Georgian Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, met with Hugo Motta, President of Brazil’s Chamber of Deputies, during the 6th World Conference of Speakers of Parliament in Geneva.
Papuashvili described Brazil as a key partner in Latin America, noting it is the only country in the region with an embassy in Georgia—reflecting strong and friendly bilateral ties.
The two leaders discussed expanding cooperation in trade, business, education, and interparliamentary relations, particularly through enhanced work between parliamentary friendship groups.
