According to the Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Otar Shamugia, the supply replenishment in the country is proceeding normally and there is no delay in the import of any product.
“There is the amount of supplies needed to meet the demand of the population. Remember, even at the beginning of the pandemic, we saw panic purchases resulting in a shortage of certain products on the shelves. Neither then it was caused by the lack of supplies, but by the processes associated with the creation of supplies by the population. I want to urge our people that there is no need to create supplies and make extra purchases for this purpose, because we have appropriate quantity of stocks in all areas and the society will see it in the coming days," - Otar Shamugia stated.
