The world tourism representatives were briefed on the experience of the rapid pace of recovery and achievements in the field of tourism and aviation of Georgia.
The Future of Tourism World Summit in Barcelona, Spain, has officially ended.
The international summit was supported by the United Nations World Tourism Organization and was represented by Mariam Kvrivishvili, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, and Medea Janiashvili, Acting Head of the National Tourism Administration.
Zurab Pololikashvili, President of the UN World Tourism Organization, thanked the Georgian side for participating in the summit and sharing the experience gained during the COVID-19 period.
