The National Film Center of Georgia is releasing information about a story conceived in the 90s that has now come to life on screen. "Baptism in the Jordan" is Mikheil Kvirikadze's first film; he is the director, screenwriter, cameraman and montage composer of the film. "Baptism in the Jordan" is starred by Paata Inauri.
"Since I’ve had in my mind this whole project for so many years, I knew exactly what every scene and staging on the screen should have been like," - Mikheil Kvirikadze said.
"Baptism in the Jordan" was created with the support (75% of funding) of the National Film Center. The film will be presented in June at an exclusive short film competition called VENEZIA SHORTS.
