
According to the data published by the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT), in January-March 2023, exports from Georgia to Kyrgyzstan increased by 1,457%.
In particular, according to the GEOSTAT data, in the 1st quarter of this year, products worth 95,984,900 US dollars were exported to Kyrgyzstan, while in the same period last year this figure was 6,164,600 US dollars.
A list of the top 10 products that were exported to Kyrgyzstan in the largest quantities in January-March 2023 is as follows:
Light vehicles - $87,119,000;
Cigars, cigarillos and cigarettes made of tobacco or its substitutes - $5,163,990;
Trucks - $717,230;
Bulldozers, motor graders, excavators, rammers and others - $664,000;
Packaged medicinal products - $618,270;
Undenatured ethyl alcohol, with an alcohol concentration of less than 80 vol.%, alcoholic beverages - $405,780;
Tools and equipment for use in medicine or veterinary medicine - $214,360;
Crustaceans - $171,320;
Oil and oil products - $136,330;
Waters, including mineral and damaged waters, containing sugar additives - $132,790.
