Exports of Georgia increased to $5.1 billion, and imports to $12.7 billion

In January-October 2023, Georgian external trade turnover (without undeclared trade) amounted to 17,786.1 million USD, which is 16.2 percent higher than the corresponding indicator of the previous year.
According to the data published by the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT), the value of exports $5 102.7 mln was (increased by 12.5 percent), while imports also grew by 17.8 percent, amounting to $12,683.4 billion.
The trade deficit in January-October 2023 amounted to 7,580.7 million USD, which is 42.6 percent of the external trade turnover.
