Export through the Baku-Supsa pipeline may restore – BP

"Export of oil through Baku-Supsa pipeline may be restored in the future," - BP's vice president for communications and external relations in the Caspian region Bakhtiyar Aslanbeyli told journalists.
"Currently we do not use this pipeline. All of our export potential go through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline (BTC), which is mainly due to the presence of tankers in the Black Sea. If the situation changes in the future, we will review this issue," said Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli.
He added that the operation of the pipeline has not been fully suspended, it is ready and can be used at any moment.
