Export volume of wine from Lithuania, Georgia and Latvia to Russia exceeds that of Italy

“During the seven months of 2023, wine exports from Lithuania, Georgia and Latvia to Russia surpassed supplies from Italy for the first time,” - the UN Statistics Service Comtrade reports
From January to July, Lithuania exported wine worth $126 million, Georgia - $112.1 million, and Latvia - $79 million to Russia.
Italy ranks 4th with wines worth $72.7 million.
