Kazakhstan - 66.1 million US dollars;
Kyrgyzstan - 56.3 million US dollars;
Azerbaijan - 37.9 million US dollars;
Armenia - 17.1 million US dollars;
Belgium - 4.7 million US dollars.
In the 8th month of 2023, the export of light vehicles from Georgia to Russia increased by 94.2% during this period - in January-August last year, Georgia sold cars worth $34.3 million to the northern neighbor, this year, in the same period, the figure is 66.6 million US dollars.
As for the total export, it increased by 178.1%, from %492.1 billion to $1.4 billion in the 8 months of this year.
Georgia's top trading partners by exports in January-August are:
Azerbaijan - 567.8 million US dollars;
Armenia - 552.3 million US dollars;
Russia - 461.4 million US dollars;
Kazakhstan - 428.3 million US dollars;
Kyrgyzstan - 413.9 million US dollars.
It is noted that this year the import has increased by 98% and amounts to 1.96 billion US dollars. The main importers are USA, Japan and Germany.
