"You are a court as I am an astronaut," Georgia's third president, Mikheil Saakashvili, told Judge Nino Chakhnashvili at the trial after the judge called on Saakashvili to look at her and not at people in the courtroom when delivering a speech.
"I will decide who to address, I will address the Georgian people. You are a court as I am an astronaut. I address the Georgian people.
I am not going to look in Ivanishvili’s eyes. I am going to look in the Georgian people’s eyes," Saakashvili told the judge.
