David McAllister, the Chair of the Committee, announced the visit before a discussion of the report at the European Parliament. 
McAllister noted the Committee would discuss the report as well as the work related to Georgia receiving the EU membership candidate status in Tbilisi.
McAllister noted his delegation would also visit Armenia and Azerbaijan as part of their South Caucasus visit.
