Levan Makhashvili, Chair of the EU Integration Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, held a meeting with Cristian Terhes, member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament, to discuss key issues related to Georgia-EU relations.

According to the Georgian Parliament, the discussion focused on ongoing developments in Georgia and the broader region, with particular emphasis on the strategic importance of the Black Sea and its role in enhancing Middle Corridor connectivity.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats, highlighting the shared interest in deepening political and economic ties between Georgia and the European Union.
