“We will now assess the replies sent by Georgia. The Commission expects the Georgian authorities to take concrete steps to address the issues raised in all Commission recommendations,” Lammert stated.

While he did not disclose the content of the correspondence, he noted, “We don’t publish this kind of correspondence, as you know.”

Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs had earlier announced that the report on the implementation of the Commission’s recommendations was submitted on time.
