At the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili reaffirmed Georgia’s commitment to fostering peace and stability in the South Caucasus region.
“We have a sincere interest in contributing to peace and stability in our region,” Botchorishvili stated, underlining that a peaceful and secure South Caucasus remains a top priority for Georgia.
She emphasized the region’s untapped potential, which, she noted, can only be fully realized through sustainable and lasting peace. Welcoming the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, she called it a significant achievement for the region.
Highlighting Georgia’s traditionally strong and friendly relations with both Armenia and Azerbaijan, Botchorishvili stressed that Tbilisi stands ready to serve as a reliable partner and platform for dialogue.
“Georgia is a place that both Armenia and Azerbaijan can rely on. We are committed to using every possible means to promote dialogue and cooperation in our region,” she concluded.
