Embassy of Georgia to Italy spreads information about search for missing Georgian citizen in Naples

“The search efforts for the missing Georgian citizen are underway in the Italian city of Naples, and at the request of the Consulate, local Italian law enforcement agencies have been actively involved in the searching operations for two days already,” - the Georgian Embassy to Italy said in a statement posted on Facebook.

"Information is being exchanged intensively with the Consular Service of Georgia. In addition, the Consulate is in constant contact with the family of the missing person.

It should be noted that a family member of the missing person informed the Consulate regarding the fact of the disappearance of the Georgian citizen and also applied to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, after which the Georgian Consulate in Rome immediately contacted the local law enforcers," - the Georgian Embassy said.
