Emaar and Eagle Hills are the visionaries behind what is often called the “Dubai miracle,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated during an interpellation hearing in Parliament. According to him, the projects carried out by these companies have multiplied Dubai’s tourism potential and overall economic prospects.
The Prime Minister emphasised that Eagle Hills is a globally recognised brand, and its decision to enter Georgia sends a strong signal to other international investors.
“We are talking about a company of this calibre—one whose reputation has been examined by highly influential figures with both business and political backgrounds. The public is likely aware that when you walk through central Dubai, nearly 80% of the buildings were constructed by this company, including the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. Given the company’s global standing, this comes as no surprise,” Kobakhidze said.
He added that, despite this impressive track record, critics still attempt to cast doubt on Emaar and Eagle Hills. “Beyond shaping Dubai’s extraordinary rise, the company has successfully implemented projects in many countries, with numerous success stories. Eagle Hills is a globally respected brand, and its presence in Georgia is a clear signal to other investors. The arrival of this investor is expected to bring many positive side effects for our country,” the Prime Minister noted.
