According to Khundzakishvili, the beer industry has grown by about 10% compared to the same period last year. The increase compared to 2019 is within the range of 4-5%.

As for the company "EFES Georgia", the director of corporate affairs of the company states that the financial results (figures) of the beer industry and the company are almost identical.

"In addition, we have seen the growth of exports, especially in the direction of lemonade. We had an unprecedented [a 40%] growth in this regard this year. At the moment, the soft drink "Natakhtari" is sold in about 25 countries in Europe. This year, the company's lemonade entered the markets of Spain and Great Britain, "- said Khundzakishvili.

According to him, about 42 million liters were sold for export this year. 

Khundzakishvili also talked about the future plans and said that the company "EFES Georgia" does not stop and plans to invest in the expansion of products. Among them, it is planned to strengthen the export markets.
