According to the Ministry of Finance, the sides reviewed the developments in the background of the Russian aggression in Ukraine and talked about possible economic development trends and ways of future cooperation. 

The meeting was also attended by the Bank's Managing Director for Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, Matteo Patrone, EBRD Director, Clara Kroll, and the Bank's Regional Director for the Caucasus, Katarina Bjorlin Hansen.

It should be noted that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Georgia finances strategically important projects in various priority sectors of the country, both public and private. Various important reforms for Georgia are also being implemented with the support of the bank,” - the statement reads.
