
Koka Geguchadze, the General Manager of the Dreamland Oasis Chakvi Hotel, talked about the expectations for the summer holiday season.
According to him, the hotel is already open and can receive guests. Moreover, the current situation gives grounds to say that the hotel is returning to pre-pandemic activity and revenue.
"The hotel rooms have also been booked for the summer season. We are not 100% dependent on foreign tourists. We have another segment of customers, most of them are locals,” - said Geguchadze.
Dreamland Oasis Chakvi is the first premium residential and leisure complex in Georgia. The complex includes swimming pools, an aqua-park, bars and restaurants, playgrounds, a private beach, a boulevard, a bowling alley, game rooms, 3D, 7D and 9D cinemas, tennis courts, football, basketball and volleyball courts, a hookah bar and other facilities.
The complex also includes the Hotel Dreamland Oasis, it is one of the largest networks on the Black Sea coast. The hotel complex is built on 10 000 sq.m of the greened area and it consists of five blocs independent of each other. In addition to comfortable rooms, there are plenty of entertainment facilities in the area that cater to guests of all ages and interests.
The Dreamland Oasis Chakvi project is being implemented through the largest European investment in Adjara. Its founder is the Austrian company Albereta, which owns 82.7% of the project, while the remaining 17.3% is owned by Georgian investors. At this stage, the sum invested in the project exceeds $ 70 million.
