
According to the Ministry, the meeting was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the State of Qatar, Nikoloz Revazishvili. Hassad Food is one of the companies in the Qatari investment community, the main function of which is to invest in the food and agribusiness sector and food security in Qatar.Nino Tandilashvili informed the CEO of Hassad Food about the export potential of the Georgian products, such as Georgian nuts, honey, mineral waters and olive oil. The meeting also focused on the possibility of investment in the agricultural zone of Imereti region. The CEO of Hassad Food expressed readiness for future cooperation with the Georgian side.
It should be noted that on March 10-14, the International Exhibition of Agriculture AgriTek will be held in the State of Qatar, where about 300 companies from 50 countries will participate in and thousands of visitors will be able to see the exhibition and get acquainted with the export potential of the Georgian agricultural products.
