The Catholicos-Patriarch of Georgia Ilia II met with the players of the Georgian national football team and blessed them.

The meeting was held in the patriarchal residence in the village of Tsitelsopeli, Dusheti municipality.

The meeting was also attended by the representatives of the Georgian Football Federation (GFF).

The GFF President, Levan Kobiashvili, as well as members of the football team, addressed the gathering.
