In June, Georgia imported 8,794 units of light vehicles worth of $105.6 million, which in monetary terms is 28.8% more than in the same period of the previous year (June 2021: 11,788 units worth of $81.9 million).
In June, the import of light vehicles to Georgia made up 10.1% of the country's total import.
In June, Georgia’s top partner countries in auto import are:
1. The USA - 5857 units worth of $51.7 million, which is 49% of auto imports.
2. Japan - 827 units worth of $21.4 million, which is 20% of auto imports.
3. Germany - 798 units worth of $11.6 million, which is 11% of auto imports.
