French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday echoed the ruling Georgian Dream party’s decision to withdraw both draft laws on “Transparency of Foreign Influence.”
Macron said that “by turning to Europe, Georgia knows that it can count on the friendship of France.”
“Georgians’ close bond with democratic values, freedom of press and association was heard,” - Macron tweeted.
