The bodies of three Georgian fighters Zaza Bitsadze, Alika Tsaava and Arkady Kasradze, who were killed in Ukraine on April 16, will be transferred to Georgia over the weekend.
The Georgian Ambassador to Ukraine stated that the body of one of the fighters will be transferred to his homeland on Friday evening, while the bodies of the other two soldiers are expected to be repatriated on Saturday.
Nine Georgian volunteers fighting for Ukraine were killed during Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
