As the National Environment Agency of Georgia reports, based on the lab studies carried out by the Agency, the water quality of the Black Sea is within the norm on the entire perimeter. The Agency monitors the water quality of the Black Sea continuously at 12 points every month.

Hydrobiological and chemical parameters are determined during the research. The samples taken from the Black Sea are sent for analysis to the accredited for the analysis of atmospheric air, water and soil of the National Environment Agency.

The laboratory is equipped with high-precision analytical equipment and fully meets modern requirements and standards.
