Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov highlighted the transformative impact of regional energy cooperation during his remarks at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

“Through oil and gas pipelines, Azerbaijan and Georgia, together with Türkiye, have changed the regional map,” Bayramov stated.

He emphasized that maintaining strong relations with neighboring countries is the most effective way to promote regional security and prosperity. Economic integration through strategic energy projects, he said, fosters mutual interdependence and benefits all parties involved.

“This is what Azerbaijan has successfully implemented with all its neighbors. The East-West Middle Corridor, jointly developed with Georgia and Türkiye, stands as a prime example. These initiatives have had a profoundly positive impact on the welfare of our societies,” Bayramov concluded.
