Axis Towers was opened in Tbilisi's Vake district, Georgia. Axis Towers is the first world trade center in the region. The Prime Minister of Georgia participated in the event.
Alexander Mezhevidze, Founder of Axis Towers, Tsotne Ebralidze, CEO of the Co-Investment Fund, Archil Gachechiladze, CEO of the Bank of Georgia, and Alexis Delaroff, CEO of Accor Group Eastern Europe addressed the guests at the opening ceremony of Axis Towers.
Axis Towers a joint project of the development company Axis and the Georgian Co-Investment Fund, which is distinguished by the fact that it simultaneously includes 5 areas of development: residential, hotel, commercial, office and entertainment functions.
Axis Towers represents a style of modernist architecture consisting of a pedestal and two towers that reach a height of 147 meters. The building has 41 floors, out of which 4 are below the ground and 37 - above the ground.
The white tower of the building is designed for the residential part, the business center is located in the black tower, while on the 19th floor a 5-star Pullman hotel within the Accor Group is opened.
The building has a swimming pool with a movable roof and an open veranda; fitness area and spa center, 12 restaurants and 7 bars; also a pedestrian street and a recreational area.
The total investment volume of Axis Towers exceeds 150 million dollars.
