Georgia buys avocados from the Netherlands and Turkey. The latter has become an importer in recent years and currently occupies 65% of the market.
In January-February 2023, Georgia already purchased 215 tons of avocados, which is 2.2 times more than the statistics of 2022. This indicates that there is a high probability that 2023 will be a record year.
